Are you eligible for our programme? We are not asking for any specialist skills, far from it. What we are looking for is people with a genuine desire to become an IT end user trainer and we will provide the rest.

If you have good interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate at all levels, are numerate and literate and educated to GCSE standard we would like to hear from you.

Prior to attending the course you will need to demonstrate IT knowledge equivalent to ECDL modules 1 and 2 - this can be easily learned from a book.
